While the pizza may be good that's about where the ball stops. For a business that's been open for as long as they have now there should be absolutely no reason even on a weekend that the wait time is 45-60 minutes. It's a shame because they have the potential to be great but it seems very mismanaged. Decided to go to another local pizza place and was able to have my order in 15 minutes. Also not having the ability to accept anything but cash is ridiculous. Most people do not carry cash and having an atm on site that charges fees is not a convenience. Response to reply: One of the top rated in the whole Lehigh valley? That's a pretty big stretch there. Pizza Joe's in Nazareth blows you guys out of the water in taste and how busy they are on the weekends yet I've never waited 45-60 minutes for a carry out or dine in seating. Running out of supplies again shows mismanagement whether it's hand made or not. Every other business has figured out how to use credit card machines and still have reasonable prices for their customers. Your replies to reviews show that your management/owners can't handle constructive criticism.

We ventured to Emmaus to try their NY style pizza! It did not disappoint! The crust was a perfect bite! Also enjoyed the carbonara (real version) just like you would get at a good Italian grandmother’s house! Also sampled the ricotta meatballs and sausage. Finished the meal with good old zeppoles served in a classic bag shaken with powdered sugar! This place is a gem! We will be back! Side note: our waitress was a sweetheart! Very attentive and you could tell she genuinely cared about the customer’s experience! We heard her reminding customers to separate the hit food from the cold food for their to go orders. Worth the drive!! Buon appetite!

Be prepared to wait, but the wait is well worth it. Great food takes time. For being so close to Nj/Ny the Lehigh valley has a lack of good pizza and Italian food. Thankfully, Affintos is great. Have only had the plain pie and chicken parm sandwich, but both are fantastic and easily the best around.

To say this is the best pizza in town and some of the best pizza I’ve ever had would be an understatement. My wife and I are big foodies who drive to NJ/NY for food, especially pizza and Affinitos ranks up there as my top 3 favorite pizza places ever, and anywhere. My wife and I refuse to eat any other pizza in the LV because we know we are getting a 10/10 meal every time. The staff and the owners are great people. This is the type of business that deserves all the hype and the success they have ! If you want an incredible pizza. This is your only stop.

Affinity Pizza has been a place multiple people have referred me to try, saying it was the best pizza in the area, but it took me some time to finally make my way there. I eventually got the chance to phone in an order for one plain pie for takeout. I was advised they’re cash only and that pizza orders had about a 45 minute wait. The nice thing is they do have an ATM inside the restaurant, something I only discovered after the fact (so please, learn from my mistake!). The staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The pizza smelled amazing on the trek back home, crispy, thinner crust, with just the right dusting of seasoning and love. I’ll definitely be back.
